Welcome to Co& Live. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Co& Live website, applications and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, listing a property, making a booking or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Co& Live is an Egypt-focused property marketplace for renting and buying coastal and residential properties in areas including New Cairo, Sahel (North Coast), the Red Sea (Ain El Sokhna and El Gouna), the New Administrative Capital and Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October. The Platform connects guests, buyers, property owners and agents, with Co& Live acting as the facilitator of these connections.
Co& Live acts as an intermediary that introduces guests and buyers to properties and to the owners or agents who offer them. Unless expressly stated, Co& Live is not the owner, landlord, seller or developer of any property listed on the Platform, and is not a party to any rental or sale agreement concluded between users.
For every sale listing, Co& Live acts as the intermediary and manages communication between the buyer and the seller or agent. Direct seller or agent contact details are not published on the Platform.
Where online payment is enabled, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms. Co& Live does not currently charge a platform service fee to guests within the app; any commission or brokerage arrangement is agreed separately. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos and descriptions) but grant Co& Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the Platform and your listing. All Co& Live branding, design and software are the property of Co& Live and may not be copied without permission.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co& Live does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
